(4) SaGE RETREAT IN OKC: As previously announced via e-mail to the parish, our teens have been invited to attend a retreat in OKC the evening of Saturday, February 17 through Sunday, February 18. The SaGE (Sex and God Education) Retreat is a wonderful experience for our youth. If you are interested in having your teen attend, please contact me ASAP so we can make arrangements.

(1) BIBLE STUDY BEGINS JANUARY 10: We begin a weekly Bible study in January on Wednesday evenings at 6:00 pm. We will go through the readings of Great and Holy Week that we read each year during the services to help us better prepare for the Lenten/Holy Week/Pascha season.

(3) DYNAMIC MARRIAGE COURSE: Fr. Aaron and Kh. Gwen Warwick will once again facilitate a Dynamic Marriage course at St. Mary from February 18 – April 14. The interactive enrichment class meets in-person each Sunday at 6:00 pm at St. Mary. During the week between classes, couples will complete helpful assignments individually and as a couple. Couples must attend at least six of the Sunday classes to receive a completion certificate. A brief Preview Session to highlight the program will be hosted during Coffee Hour at St. Mary on Sunday, January 14. You may also contact Fr. Aaron (204-6725) or Gwen (214-5714) with questions about the class or to register. Registration deadline is Sunday, January 28. Cost is $150. Payment plans/scholarships may be available upon request.

During the Advent Fast we refrain from meat, dairy, fish, and wine. However, on Tues/Thurs/Sat/Sun during this fast, fish and wine are allowed. We will also celebrate the Advent Paraklesis supplication service each Wednesday evening at 6:00 pm during this fasting season.
(5) CHURCH HALL OPEN FOR CHRISTMAS: Once again this year the Church Hall will be open for people to celebrate after Divine Liturgy on Sunday evening, December 24. The parish will not be providing any food or beverage, but people are welcome to bring their own. As always, please be sure not to drink and drive and to shut the lights off if you are the last person to leave. Please also ensure the doors are locked behind you and you pick up any mess that you make.
